ABOUT THE TEAM

The Great Yarmouth men’s programme was relaunched in September 2021 with a single team competing in the Norfolk Basketball League Division 2.

In 2022-23 the team finished as Division 2 champions and won promotion to Division 1. Following a challenging 2023-24 season the team returned to Division 2 for the upcoming 2024-25 season.

TRAINING

Weekly full-court team training on Tuesday evenings from 19:00 - 21:00 at East Norfolk Sixth Form College.

For the 2024-25 season training sessions will run from 6th Aug 2024 to 13th May 2025. There are no sessions over Xmas and bank holidays.

FIXTURES

All home fixtures are played at East Norfolk Sixth Form College on Friday evenings (19:45 tip).

MATCH FOOTAGE

All home games are recorded using our own Veo Sports Camera, providing an opportunity for video review and analysis for all team members.

TEAM TRYOUTS

Open tryouts for the Men’s teams are held in August at the start of each season. Available dates are listed on the upcoming course page opposite/below - click on a date to book.

During the season you can join the men’s team by attending a team practice on Tuesday evening.
